How long do photocopiers last?
On average, most photocopier devices will last around five years, with moderate daily use. However, as part of our managed print service, we will upgrade your device every 3 years as standard, as well as providing any maintenance required.
How often does the ink/toner need replacing in the photocopier?
This will depend on how often you use your photocopier and how many copies you make. However, all our devices include monitoring software which lets us know when you are nearing the end of your supply of ink. When we detect that levels are running low, we automatically send you replacement ink/toner in time for in to arrive before you run out.
