Every Carden printer lease includes the device itself, delivery and installation, all toner and consumables, remote monitoring, on-site engineering support, and a single monthly invoice. There are no hidden charges.
How long is the lease?
We typically offer 3, 4, and 5-year agreements, and we’ll recommend the right term based on your hardware, print volume, and how quickly your needs are likely to change. The longer the term, the lower the monthly cost – but we’ll always talk you through the trade-offs before you sign.
What happens at the end of my lease?
What if my needs change during the lease?
We’ll contact you 90 days before your term ends to discuss your options – upgrade to newer hardware, renew on fresh terms, or arrange device return. There’s no automatic rollover, no hidden renewal clause, and no pressure. You’ll always know what’s coming next.
