Frequently Asked Questions About Printer Rental
What is included in a printer rental?
Every Carden printer rental includes the device itself, delivery and installation, all toner and consumables, remote monitoring, on-site engineering support, and a single monthly invoice. There are no hidden charges.
How long is the rental contract?
Our rental agreements run for 3, 4 or 5 years. We quote each term side by side so you can see the monthly cost and the total. We don’t offer short-term or event hire.
What happens at the end of my agreement?
We contact you 90 days before your term ends to discuss upgrading, renewing or returning the device. There’s no automatic rollover.
